Creation of a book about Studio Ghibli, as an editorial design study

 

Conception and creation of a book about Studio Ghibli, a Japanese animation studio responsible for the production of some of the most renowned animated films in the whole world.
Pleasant and youthful aesthetics and color palette were chosen, to reflect the visual style of the films produced by the studio. Not only were frames taken from the films used throughout the book, but also images produced during the pre-production of the films, from storyboards to the initial conceptions of the characters.
